Each step of creating our tiles is done by hand – my hands 
From designing & drawing each design on each tile , to hand mixing the glazes , packing & unpacking the kiln to finally carefully packing them up so they can be sent to their new homes 
I’m normally inspired to create new tile designs by the natural world around me & my tile studio in Gloucestershire – I love all the birds & wildlife here .
I also really enjoy creating custom made tiles for customers – they have their own specific ideas & come to me so we can work together to create some completely bespoke one-off tile designs just for them .
I then hand paint all the tiles with my unique Persian glazes , using my own glaze receipes which means there are no other tiles that look like mine !
Each tile is fired at least twice to make sure the glazes are perfect – they have a beautiful subtle decorative crackle finish & deep , glossy colours .
